604-239-9934Same-day response in Pitt MeadowsA slab leak is any leak in the supply or drain piping running beneath a concrete floor. They show up as warm patches, unexplained water bills, damp baseboards or worse — and traditional plumbing methods can't see them. We combine surface thermal imaging, ground-level acoustic sensors and (where useful) tracer gas to mark the location of the failure on the slab surface, so the repair team can saw-cut a tile rather than the entire room. Greater Vancouver's mix of older slab-on-grade construction and newer concrete tower podiums means slab work is some of the most common detection we do.
Slab leaks on grade-level construction, irrigation losses on agricultural property, supply failures in poly-B-era homes.
Pitt Meadows's built environment — single-family subdivisions, agricultural in the Polder, light-industrial — shapes how slab leak location is delivered locally. Pitt Meadows is low-elevation agricultural and suburban land protected by dykes and pump stations. Water-table issues and stormwater intrusion are common themes, much like the rest of the lower Fraser delta.
